Last updated: 7 October 2026
1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the service GoDart, available through the website and mobile application.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
Using the service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the service.
3. Description of the service

- create a player profile and invite other players to games in venues,
- publish community contributions.
The service is provided as is, on a reasonable-efforts basis.
4. Access to the service
The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except during planned or unplanned interruptions (maintenance, technical incidents or force majeure).
Some features require a user account.
The service is reserved for people aged 15 and over. By creating an account, users confirm that they have reached this age.
5. User account
- Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for actions performed through their account.
- Information provided at registration must be accurate, up to date and truthful.
- Users agree to report any unauthorised use of their account without delay.
- The date of birth provided must be accurate. It can be corrected once in the app; any further change must be requested from support.
Birthday gift: on their birthday, users may receive one month of free access to GoDart+, with no commitment or automatic renewal, limited to one gift per year and provided their date of birth has been entered for at least 30 days. Users who are already subscribed only receive birthday wishes. GoDart may change or end this offer at any time and cancel any gift obtained through abuse.
6. Contribution rules
Users may publish information and content about venues and community activities. They agree to:
- publish lawful, accurate and non-misleading content,

- respect third-party rights (intellectual property, image rights and privacy),
- not publish abusive, defamatory or discriminatory content, or content inciting hatred,
- treat other players with respect when meeting through the app (game invitations, meetups in a bar): no harassment, no insisting after a refusal, no repeated invitations.
7. Moderation and suspension
The publisher reserves the right to moderate, hide or delete content that clearly violates these Terms and/or the law.
Abusive content and behaviour are not tolerated. Any user can report or block another player from the app; reports are reviewed by the publisher.
Serious or repeated breaches may result in account suspension or deletion, without compensation.
8. Intellectual property
The service’s assets (trademarks, logo, interface, database and editorial content) are protected by applicable law.
Content published by users remains their property. By publishing content, users grant the publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt and display that content solely to operate the service.
9. Liability
Community information may contain inaccuracies. Users acknowledge that they use this information at their own risk.
The publisher is not liable for:
- indirect losses (loss of opportunity, data or reputation),
- consequences of using third-party content,
- temporary service outages,
- the behaviour of users meeting through the service, in venues open to the public.
10. Third-party services

11. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
